A friend is working on a new freely-copyable, Modern Bible translation for Japan. Only about 2% of people in Japan identify themselves as Christian. There are other Bible translations in Japanese, but the Japanese Freedom Bible will be the only complete Japanese Bible that is both in clear modern Japanese and free from all copyright restrictions. So far, he has made drafts of Genesis through Jeremiah, and I have posted them online. Work is continuing on the rest of the Holy Bible. Please pray for this work to continue with speed and accuracy, and that it will bear fruit among all Japanese-speaking people.

Thank God that

• We logged over 652 Million Scripture deliveries in 1,540 translations! That is 4 million more deliveries and one more Bible translation than last prayer letter.
• Lori and I got to participate in a great missionary retreat last weekend courtesy of Destiny International.
• We have awesome prayer and financial partners making our ministry to the world possible.
• God’s Word never returns to Him without doing what He sent it to do. (Isaiah 55:11)
