Gratitude from Ghana

Map of Ghana

I regularly get expressions of thanks for the many freely shareable Bible translations that we post online. These thanks really belong to all who support and pray for us and to God who enables all of us to do what we do. Here is an email that we received last week:

Dear Michael,

Thank you for your incredible work on the World English Bible. Your dedication to providing a highly accurate, public-domain translation is a massive blessing to the global church.

At Bible Bridge Ghana, we focus on widespread, free scripture distribution across West Africa. The WEB/WEBBE’s open-access model is vital for our new “4 tiers Bibles” initiative for Children, Youth, Sunday School and Teen Workers, allowing us to freely distribute tailored scriptures without restrictive copyright barriers.

We simply wanted to express our gratitude and share how your work is directly fueling grassroots ministry in Ghana. We would love to stay in touch and establish a network with you as this initiative grows.

Warmly,
Emmanuel Coffie

“Seeing Every Life Transformed”

Jesus answered them, “Go and tell John the things which you have seen and heard: that the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have good news preached to them.”

Please Keep Praying

  • Thank God that normal vision has returned to Lori’s left eye. She can now read some, drive during the day, and sew—none of which was possible for a while. Hallelujah! Thank you for praying! Glory be to our God who answers prayer and heals us!
  • Thank God that our Bible servers are running and stable. Pray that our planned hardware and software upgrades to improve their reliability go well.
  • We have many Bible distribution and translation projects going on in parallel. Please pray for godly wisdom in balancing competing time demands and for God to call in the right help needed to do what He has called us to do, and do it well.

How can we pray for you, today?

May God bless you!
