Jesus preached to multitudes from a boat (Luke 5:1-3) PC: Gustave Doré and Michael Paul Johnson
The best thing I have ever done in my life is to actively listen to what God is saying to me and then do what He says. The better I do that, the more fruitful my life is. So how do I listen to God?
- Read (or listen to) the Holy Bible
- Listen to the inward witness of the Holy Spirit
- Listen to (or read) what other believers in Jesus Christ (especially those who are faithful preachers) say
Of these things, the most stable guide we have is the Holy Bible, which we know is inspired by the Holy Spirit. We need to check all other sources to make sure that they agree with the Holy Bible. This is how we avoid making the mistake of listening to some evil spirit, our own flesh, or the culture we live in. It is with great joy that I have the privilege of reading what Jesus said while he was walking on the Earth, as well as what the apostles and prophets said under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
What would you do without the Holy Bible? Thank you for helping us make the Holy Bible available to more people in more languages!

“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I give eternal life to them. They will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.”
